BOOKING: Once you have found the hire decor and furniture that tickles your fancy from the gallery boxes above, email us with a list of what you like along with your event date/location so we can put together a custom quote for you including transport & stylist setup/packdown labour fees. Once you have received your invoice, we then require a non-refundable 20% deposit within 7 days in order to secure the booking for you. The remaining balance is due in full one month prior to the big day.

DIY: Please note we do not allow clients to pick up and return our items, you must book our services for delivery and pickup when booking with Little Love Story. Some hire items are available for DIY setup and pack down but most of our clients like to employ the experienced skills of our stylists to setup, style & dismantle hire items to take the stress away from friends/family on the day. Please note there are some larger items that can only be hired out along with our stylist setup/packdown services like some of our arches for example.

MINIMUM HIRE FEES: Please note our minimum hire fee is $300 not including transport fees or setup/stylist fees. Hire items are booked for a maximum of a 4 day period (or 2 day period for our wood trestles and chairs).

STYLIST FEES: Our Little Love stylists are available to setup/style and dismantle the hire goods so all that you and your guests need to do is turn up to everything looking beautiful at your ceremony, reception or party. We charge $100p/h (minimum of 2 hours applies) plus delivery/pickup transport fees. We are also happy to incorporate your personal items into the setup hourly rate. Ask us for a stylist labour quote once you have decided on the items you need from us.

TRANSPORT: Little Love Story offer a complimentary delivery and pickup service within Fremantle for bookings that fit into our van and do not require 3-ton truck hire for large amounts of furniture. Locations outside of Fremantle incur a transport fee so ask us for a tailored cost for your location. We cater to events in the Perth metro area, the South West and as far north as Lancelin Western Australia.

MEETINGS: On-site venue meetings are complimentary for bookings $1000+ within 25km of Fremantle. We are happy to meet with you on-site for bookings that are smaller than this amount for a meeting fee. Alternatively meetings at Little Love H/Q warehouse in South Freo can be organised by appointment only for bookings that entail a large amount of hire furniture. Alternatively we are happy to send through extra photos, measurements and details on any of our items if required.

FLOWERS: If the idea of a one stop shop for hire, styling and floristry sounds good we can certainly help with this.
